WDM International BV with operations in the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Scandinavia has recently been acquired by the Swedish company Bisnode AB. In October 2006 Royal Wegener sold it's direct marketing division to Greenfield Capital Partners and 4 members of the management team. Bisnode is one of Europe's leading suppliers of digital business and decission-support information with a complete selection of online services within marketing, credit and product information. Bisnode has made a major step with the acquisition of WDM in the expansion of her European DM strategy.
